Mail, post and what we charge. All shipments, shipping & postage are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS) with the priority mail or priority mail second day service. We will send tracking information to the email address included as part of the order. For shipments outside the United States, the USPS is also used and tracking provided where possible. If anyone is not satisfied with their SwampButt Underwear purchase, all they have to do is return them to SwampButt Underwear (swampbuttunderwear@gmail.com) to exchange them for a different size or style.

NOTE: We do not accept returns on opened packages. We try to be as flexible as we can be with all issues. The best way to resolve an issue or find information is to ask at swampbuttunderwear@gmail.com.

Kindly note too that snarky comments, profanity, questioning our intellectual capacity, heritage or motives is extremely unwelcome. We do not tolerate abuse and will be unlikely to help those who choose to behave this way. We treat everyone with kindness until they demonstrate they do not appreciate it.

  • Only applies to your first worn pair of underwear, first worn undershirt, and first worn pair of socks per customer.

  • All requests must be made within 30 days of delivery (for online orders) or purchase (for in store orders).

  • If you choose to replace an item, we will ship the item to you.

  • You will be charged for postage on the return.

Our Standard Policy

  • Returns / Exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Upon delivery, you accept sole responsibility for your orders

  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, with hangtags attached and in original packaging.

  • Once your item(s) reach our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days.

  • Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

  • We can only process returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from SwampButt Underwear. If you purchase our product from another retailer, please contact them directly for a return or exchange.

Unauthorized Returns and Worn Garments
