SwampButt Underwear Terms and Conditions
SwampButt Underwear will exchange underwear but it must be returned to us unopened with in 30 days of purchase. We will not accept or exchange opened packages of underwear as state and local law prevents us from doing so. Any opened underwear that is returned, voids all other offers for exchange.
These laws are widely applicable here in the U.S. and fall under most local jurisdictions as a health code violation, which is why you see signs in stores saying you need to wear your undergarments when trying on swimwear and why you also see signs saying they can’t return underwear once you buy it.
If anyone is not satisfied with the underwear purchase, all they have to do is return them unopened to SwampButt Underwear (email@example.com) to request an exchange for a different size or style – plain and simple.
If you choose to replace an item, we will ship the item to you.
You will not be charged for postage on the return.

Our Standard Policy
Returns / Exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Upon delivery, you accept sole responsibility for your orders
All items must be unworn, unwashed, with hangtags attached and in original packaging.
Once your item(s) reach our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days.
Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
We can only process returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from SwampButt Underwear. If you purchase our product from another retailer, please contact them directly for a return or exchange.
Unauthorized Returns and Worn Garments
